This morning I received an email indicating that I was nearing my limit for SSL submissions on my free account. I do not need to receive my submissions via SSL, so I used instructions I found on this site (see response from Jotform Support - Mike T at http://www.jotform.com/answers/82981-SSL-submissions-over-quota) to change the way the form was embedded on my Google site.
The problem: The five submissions (and counting) that have arrived since then have not been accompanied by the photo upload attachment that had previously been coming through. The photo upload field still exists in the form -- as a required field -- but the photos are nowhere to be found.
Can you please resolve this problem ASAP? Responses to this form are due today, and I expect to receive about 20 more submissions over the next few hours.

I am unable to reproduce this issue. I submitted a test data and i was able to see the submission data including the uploaded photo.
