    I created a form https://form.jotform.com/92175244517155

When submitted if I view it from the submissions view it is missing Friday Employee Info field. When I click the PDF Icon upper right corner of the submissions screen and go to the PDF editor it does not show employee info on the Friday time ticket.

Can you help me with figure out why the Friday Employee data is not showing up on the pdf? This also occurs when you open the pdf attachment on email after the form is submitted.

I checked one of your submission ID and found that the Employee Info fields is left blank. The one who submitted the form forgot to click on "Save" button.

There's no data passed to Jotform that is why it shows blank in submission page.

I hope that helps. Let us know if you have any questions or if you need further assistance.

Even when I have that field completed it is not passing it through to the PDF editor. Even if it was left blank that shouldn't be possible to submit it is a required field.

I noticed you have several conditions where you have put required validation. If the option is not yes then it will make the Employee info an unrequired field.

Please re-check your conditions once more and ensure if this is what you wanted.

May I submit a test submission to your Form to test the complete flow.

    Thanks.

Yes I have it that way so if they work that specific day then they will need to fill out the necessary fields.

Yes you are welcome to submit a test submission.

Are you trying to create a PDF form or PDF document? I tried submitting the form and checked the submission page, Employee info is now showing, however, in your PDF form file, it doesn't. If you want to create a PDF form, please try creating a new PDF form or if you want it on PDF document, please create a new PDF document and see if that Employee info appears.

Here's my sample submission https://www.jotform.com/edit/4415731200323036139 where is shows the employee info field. Let us know if creating a new PDF file in PDF editor helps.

    Looking forward for your response.
