Problema para desencriptar respostas

Olá, bom dia, tudo bem?

Estou com um formulário ativo em andamento, e me deparei com um problema hoje. Como o mesmo está encriptado, recebi um e-mail com o botão para desencriptá-lo. Porém, quando clico nesse botão, não aparece a opção de inserir a senha para desencriptar, apenas aparece a resposta encriptada do formulário em uma nova aba. Por favor, podem me ajudar? Tenho certa urgência nessa questão.

Your form is encrypted and you need to upload your Private key to decrypt date data. If there wasn't an option to upload your key, then the key you previously uploaded is saved in your browser. Did you maybe create multiple keys? That could be the reason why the data was not decrypted. 

Please try to decrypt your data in some other browser, or use an incognito mode. You can also clear our browser cache.

You can also decrypt your data on the submissions page of your form.
