Bug: Cannot switch plans on Billing at My Accounts page

    I would like to either cancel my plan or downgrade to the free plan - in either case I request a full refund.  Am currently on Economy Plan.  I have tried doing this online via Account -> Billing, but it does not register my selection.  I have tried using ie and chrome with the same result.

    Please advise.

    Hi Grahame,

    Thanks for reporting. I was able to reproduced the problem. Let me forward this to our developers so they can fixed it as soon as possible.

    I have also cancelled your subscription for your convenience. You will not be charged again. The full refund may take 3 to 5 business days before it will reach back to your bank account.
