Photos on our online forms do not work

    We used jot Form to design our online enquiry forms for our business. The option for our clients to attach photos with the form was included however we can't see the photos that have been attached, an error 404 message occurs. We would like to fix this as it decreases our companies efficiency.

    Are you unable to open the attached photos from the Email Notification? This issue is related to the Privacy settings on your account. The Privacy option "Require log-in to view uploaded files." is checked on the Settings page, which means that you can only view the uploads while you are logged into your account. 


    You can uncheck the mentioned option to resolve this issue.
