Can we also use a form internally for Telephone orders?

    Hello

We're in the UK and looking for a new Online form solution that would also allow us to use a form internally to take MOTO (Mail order Telephone order) payments.

There are new EU banking regulations on the 14th of September to increase security for Online Payments -- therefore, it's important we can also use the form as an MOTO payment form.

If that's okay, the second question we have is whether your forms can be pre-populated through the query string?

    Thank you

    Ann

You may create a form with purchase order payment.

    Here is a guide:-How-to-Create-Payment-Form-with-Purchase-Order

It is possible to pre-populate the fields using URL parameters.

    Sample URL parameter:https://form.jotform.com/92253522203951?fullName[first]=richie&fullName[middle]=test&fullName[last]=test&address=test&selections30=Car

    Kindly check this guide:https://www.jotform.com/help/71-Prepopulating-Fields-to-Your-JotForm-via-URL-Parameters

    Hope this information helps.

If you have further questions, let us know.

    Hello
Thanks for the reply. We want to take an actual payment from someone over the phone, so a Purchase Order form will not suffice.
We’re wondering if it’s possible to build a form that can take payments a MOTO (Mail Order Telephone Order) payments, not just an Online payment.
    Thank you!

    Thank you for the clarification.

Unfortunately, we don't have such payment integration  available.

You may check this link for the list of available payment integrations.
