I created a payment form but every time someone tries to use it they receive a message that says authentication/authorization has failed

    Our apologies for the inconvenience.

I presumed this is when people select Credit Card payment instead of Paypal in the form. Please confirm.

Also, is your Paypal account new? Is it a business type account ever since? You have correctly installed the API keys, so this should work if you are already approved of the Paypal Pro payments.

If the issue persists, you may consider contacting Paypal support and confirm to them that you are already approved of the Paypal Pro payments. If not, they can activate it for you.

    Hello,
All the information for pay pal has been set up and it is a business account. At first it was working but we now are getting feedback with the same invalid configuration message. Earlier yesterday students were able to use it.

To which form is your issue related to? The only form you have on your account does not have a payment field. Is the issue related to one of the forms that are shared with your account?

Please double-check it the entered PayPal Pro API credentials are correct.

How to Obtain PayPal API Credentials

I would also suggest you to contact PayPal's support and check with then if there is an issue with your account.
