How do fix my account - currently disabled?

    My account was disabled becuase I reached the (tiny) limit of 10 secure submissions. I didn't realize there was a limit to 10. I thought it was 100 for everything. Anyways, I took off the secure form option on all of the forms I made so they would stop counting as secure form transmissions, and it still disabled my account. I'm no longer using secure forms. How do I reactivate my account with out having to pay. I still have plenty under the 100 submissions limit. I only need this for two weeks. Please help.

    Hi there,

    Upon going over your account’s limit the system automatically disables it. It only unfreezes after a month once the system refreshes. Currently, there is no way of overriding this for frozen accounts not unless you upgrade your plan. Your best option is to create a new free account then import your forms there.
