Bolding certain "Word" on the Thank You page

Hello,

Is it possible to BOLD certain words that come up a certain amount of times on the THANK YOU page.

For example, in the below example the word LIVER comes up 3 times. I would like to have it where it bolds ANY word on the thank you page that comes up 3 or more times.

This does not answer the question to me.

I need to have specific words bolded if it comes up a certain amount of times. Do not see any sort of answer with what you sent.

Is there another way because there are endless combinations of minerals
that can make a message.
For example, if you pick input 7 and 9.. You would also potentially pick
many other minerals, metals, and so on. And there are endless combinations
of that too.
Is there any code that I can add that sats if Adrenals is shown 2 more
times then bold?
