Trello Integration: Due date is being set a day before the date submitted in the Date Picker

Hello, I am having the same issue as discussed in this thread:

This thread never shows a solution just that someone reached out to the developers and would keep the thread updated, but the issue is still occurring and there has been no update to the thread. Has anyone looked into resolving this? It's a major function for our form needs to have the due dates be exactly what we select in the form itself.

We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you. I ran a test on my end and cloned the 'Tech Support Request" form. I integrate it too in my Trello test account and the Due Date successfully synced from the submission to Trello.

    Here's a screenshot from Trello

Kindly try to reintegrate your Trello account to one of your forms to verify it on your end. We will wait for your response.

I reintegrated two of my forms to Trello and am having this same issue. There are two separate forms that integrate with two separate boards. I've tried reintegrating forms multiple times, ensuring the "time" option is de-selected. Tested with the time option selected and it's still not working. Each time it assigns the project for the day before the due date at 7:00 pm.

Are there other settings I should be aware of? I am using the default settings on Trello and JotForm so not sure where this issue is happening but based on the previous thread I mentioned above, it's not just me experiencing this.

Thanks for any additional thoughts you might have.

We apologize for the inconvenience. This appears to be issue that has not been resolved yet. I found a recent report:

I have also done my test, and the issue reproduced on my end too:

I'll escalate this issue to our back-end team. Meanwhile, you could try the workaround my colleague Welvin suggested on that thread, which is basically:

    1) Adding a new Date Picker field.

    2) Hiding it through its properties:

    3) Creating a condition to pass the value from the original Date Picker field to the new one, plus one more day:

Let us know if you need more help.

Thank you, this workaround fixed my issue. Would appreciate an update if we hear more about the escalated issue but for now, this workaround gives us what we need.

    Thanks again.

We have checked the issue assigned by our support team.

Related issue fixed by adding some programmatically improvements.  It looks working well.

Please re-integrate your Trello integrations and test with new submission.

Please keep us informed of your progress.
