I'm not receiving my notificaiton emails?

Asked by EmersonExchange on March 28, 2011 at 01:20 PM

I have been testing my notification email and I'm not receiving them in my inbox. I checked my junk mail and spam filters and found Undeliverable emails in my spam filter with the below message. What do I need to do to make sure I recieve these notification emails and all my recipients are receiving the auto-response emails. Most of my recipients will be using corporate exchange servers and I need to make sure these emails are not getting caught in spam filters.

    Thanks for your help,

    Andi Davison

    Hi there,

As you know, JotForm’s service allows you to send notification emails in any quantity. The way spam filters works is that if it identifies a number of similar emails coming from a singular source it will stop or block messages coming from that specific mail server or add us to the “blacklist”. Now obviously, your filters reject any email coming from us specifically because of that. The best thing you could do is to contact your administrator and ask for us to be taken off your black list.

    Hope this helps!
