Hello I used a jotform a few months back for an event and haven't used it since May and just noticed you guys war still changing me. I would like to get a refund for the 3 months I have been charged please

Our apologies for the inconvenience this may have caused.
You are paying by credit card. We provide a cancel option for this type of payment through our pricing page or through your account billing page. However, I see you have not canceled the subscription, and I see no attempt of cancellation upon checking our records. Anyways, I have canceled the subscription and refunded your last 3 payments. You should receive the refund in 4-10 business days.
