As I need to have HIPAA compliant pdf (attachment) as password protected, and therefore needing a unique password for each pdf (all the result of submission of a single form), how can that be managed automatically. From what I see, the password for pdfs are form-specific and not person-specific.

In other words, what is the point of having it password protected if same password for everyone. Any person completing the form would have the single password and could theoretically access a different person's PDF who completed same form.

Hello Jeff,
At the moment, password protection is provided form-specific. But, please note that users do not have access to download PDF files of other respondents, so this should be safe to set same password for all PDFs. I think this feature is used for HIPAA forms mostly to protect files on the way while being transferred via email from one user to another.
I will submit a feature request so our developers could consider adding dynamic password for PDFs, but I'm afraid we can not promise any time frame for this to be added.
