    Hello


    I would like a hint of text with a multiple choice box to give visitors extra information about the content of the multiple choice box. Is this possible?

    There is a Hover Text option, you can use to show a description. The Hover Text option is located in the Advanced tab of the Field Properties.

    Please note that this is the option for the whole field. It is not possible to add a different Hover Text for each of the field options.

    Thanks for the reply. However, I don't see the hover text in my settings. Is this correct? See the image below

    Sorry for the confusion. The Hover Text option is only available in our Classic Forms. The Test form you created is a Card Form, and Card Forms do not have the Hover Text option. 

    They have the Description option.
