Blank forms are getting generated to my account

    Hello - for some reason Blank forms are getting auto generated to my account. Can you please help fix this? There are 20 of them or more now and it makes it very difficult to use my actual forms and data.

    Thanks. This happened before. We deleted the forms and they returned. Do you know WHY this might be happening and how we can prevent it from happening in the future?

    Hi Arian,

    It is the first time that I have seen such an occurence. May we ask if the blank forms were automatically created one by one or all at the same time? If it does happen again please inform us through the JotForm Forum so that we can investigate further. Although I can speculate that the auto save function and/or intermittent internet connection may be some of the probable causes.

    To help prevent this from happening, please ensure that you log out of your JotForm account whenever not in use.
