Form Submission Subject Line different than the actual registration.

    I received a form submission email.  The subject line was Adult Open Tennis Class Registration but the registration was for Future Stars 8 Class Package.  These are 2 separate forms.  Why did this happen?  Thanks, Jason Little

    The submission belongs to the correct form which is this one: 

    You can see the submission for this form and confirm the submission is there, here is also an example about it: 


    Also, checking the email notification for that form it shows the same data as shown on your screenshot: 


    I would recommend you to kindly check the email notification of your form and change the content if needed.
