I am using the Date Picker widget on a form which works just fine. However, in the confirmation email the date is displayed as DD/MM/YYYY rather than MM/DD/YYYY which is what I prefer and what my account settings/time format is set to.
This is confusing to me and those who submit forms and get email confirmations.
Also, in this widget, it would be nice to be able to set the date end field as defaulted to whatever was selected in the date start field.

Unfortunately, there's no option to display it as MM/DD/YYYY format in the Card Form email alert. However, we can request a feature to our developer so they can check it further.
Let us know if you like that.
You can try this workaround. Go to the Widgets tab and search for Date Picker. Add it to your form. Here's a screenshot:
