Card form: Long Text Entry value not showing up on submissions

    We have an additional comments field on our form. We unfortunately are not receiving these comments even though we know they are there. (We just did a test and it's not showing up either in the email or on the backend.)

    Hi @ODCinc,

    I have cloned your form, made a test submission on it and was able to replicate the issue. The texts I entered into the Additional Comment field is not being sent to the submissions page.

    I was able to resolve the issue by deleting the said field, added a new one and set the Markdown Editor setting to "OFF":


    Please try that and let us know how it goes.
