Our form email was sent out twice but we do not see the duplicate email template

    We have a jot form that was emailed out.  It says if we change the form an updated email goes out to the recipients, but we have not updated or changed the form.

    Additionally, it appears that only 2 recipients have received a second email.

    Our apologies for the inconvenience.

    I cannot seem to find the duplicates from your email logs. Do you know the email address of the recipients that received duplicate emails? 

    In your notification email template, you have enabled Send On Edit. This feature tells your form to send back the form email when a submission is edited through the edit submission link or through the form submissions page. The email has a prefix "EDIT" in the subject line. See below screenshot of edit email:
