HIPAA Compliance: how to know if the account is already HIPAA Compliant.

    Hi,

    In my settings, under Data, it shows "Upgrade to HIPAA compliance" but it is my understanding that I already have HIPAA compliance on the account since it is offered as one of the features on the Silver plan.

    Can you please advise what I need to do to ensure that we are HIPAA compliant?

    Thank you for contacting us, that button does not mean that you will pay extra. We apologize for the confusion.

    That button is available for Silver and Gold plans in order to make the account HIPAA compliant, please check this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/500-How-to-upgrade-to-HIPAA-Compliance
