Deleting form submissions does not impact Square recurring subscription payments?

    I just wanted to make sure that deleting form submissions does not impact recurring subscriptions?

    Meaning, for example, that if someone purchases a recurring annual subscription on my form (which uses Square integration), and I later delete their submission on Jotform, will it still charge them a year from now when their subscription renews?

    Hi Megan,

    That is correct. Deleting the submission data in the form Submission page will not affect the already existing on-going recurring subscriptions via Square integration.
