I am not able to login to my account.

    Hi There,


    I am facing the same problem I did initially where I can't log into my account even though I am putting in the right password. The cache was cleared early this week. Its so frustrating.

    Am trying make sure I am able to book in my clients and send them my intake forms.


    Please help.

    Simply Bioenergetics is the user name.

    I did check your account and did not find any issue with that. Your account username is "SimplyBioenergetics" (without space).

    Do try to sign in to your JotForm account with your username "SimplyBioenergetics" and you should be able to sign in with correct password. If the issue persists, I would suggest you to please reset your account password by clicking on the "Forgot Password" link which is in "Sign In" window.

    Do get back to us if the issue persists.

    Hi there,

    I want to view the old forms with the old keys. But I am not able to find the flush keys button even though I am in the inbox area. This is where it was before.
