Add additional text fields

Hi,

How do I customize so that I can have additional text fields? You have the Address preset, I would like to do something like that but in a more customized setting.

If you are looking to have a field in your form that lets your respondents add textbox fields dynamically, I would suggest that you check the Dynamic Textbox widget.
