    Hi, how can i add "write-for-us" form in my blogger?

    On your My Forms page

    1. simply hit the Create Form button on the upper left

    2. then select which form type you want, Classic Form or Card Form

    3. give it a name

    4. then decide what data you want to ask to your users

    5. when your done with your form, you can then embed it to your blogger
