Why do my email is always on bounce?

    Hi Sir/Mam


    I have a problem with my registered email account, it always moves in the bounce list even though I have removed and corrected it for many times. But every time I log in my account, I always receive a prompt saying my email is in the bounce list over and over again. Please help me with this concern, I don't want to change the registered email address that I have here.

    We apologize for the inconvenience. Could you please check if there are notifications that landed in your spam folder? Please make sure to mark them as not SPAM if you find them there.
