Monday.com Integration : increase available boards

    I cannot view all of my boards when integrating with Monday.com

    I am looking for the required boards but the drop-down list seems to have a limit on the amount of results. (We have 187 boards+ at our company).

    Please try to refresh the connection by re-integrating your form to Monday.com app.

    May we know how many boards are you able to view in the integration?

    We had an issue before that only shows 25 boards but it was fixed by our  developers.

    Checked the screenshot you have shared and it seems you are able to view some boards.

    I've just checked and I am able to view up to 100 boards (I imagine the devs updated it from 25 to 100 because they thought this would be sufficient to allow a little extra but I think we've pushed the limit :D ).

    I think we're probably going to be pushing 250 boards soon enough but we can then begin to archive previous boards so maybe 500-1000 might be a better limit?

    For a little understanding: we're a construction company and we create a new board to track each part of a building project - as we get more projects we need more boards. When projects complete we can archive the boards thus reducing the numbers.

    Hello georgemarlow,


    We limit the request up to 100 boards when getting the boards on your Monday workspace. So we have increased the limit up to 1000 boards.


    Please try to re-integrate with newly created boards on your MondayCom Integration.

    Please do not hesitate to contact again, if you encounter any issue more.
