My stores are sending the order forms to me, which are correct, but their confirmation emails are not reflecting what the original emails have on them. This is also the case with the other confirmation emails that are sent to their Managers.

If the Question and Answer table on the Compose Email page of the notification was previously edited, it will not be updated with subsequent changes made to the form. I don't know if this is the cause in this case but delete the notification and replace it with a new one and let us know if that resolves things.
