I have a problem with PDF converter

Hello! 

I imported a form from one account to another, and I think it created a PDF thing that is affecting my form. 

When accessing the form with its link https://form.jotformeu.com/hanzekovic/profil-kandidata-hanzekovic

it leads to an old version first and has a green button that says "start filling". It is that green button
that leads to the new version of the form I created based on the original.

How do I make the first step disappear? It even has our old logo! HELP!

Based on how it looks right now, it seems that you tried to import your fillable PDF Form by using our Import Fillable PDF Form BETA, or you have cloned a form which imported a fillable PDF using this method.

Unfortunately as of this moment, there is no way to remove the first step. However, I can see that your feedback/request is already being looked upon to by our developers, which you may follow up in here:

Meanwhile, if your intent is to import a fillable PDF, you may try another method by following this guide:

On the other hand, if your goal is only to be able to have the same theme/layout, you may clone one of your other forms that has the layout that you like, or you can create a new one and we can help you with styling.

Thanks. I don't need help with styling. I'll make the new form from scratch. PDF doesn't add anything to me and has generally been a headache. I've used JotForm for ages (other account) and find these new introductions confusing, thus the failed import.

Sorry for the confusion. Since they are two different features with PDF import, you may try creating the PDF form the other way as mentioned by our colleague.
