JotForm Encrypted Key is not on this computer and I need to access my excel file

I had tried turning off the encryption feature months ago. Can this be removed so I access my list

When you turn off the Encrypt Form feature of your form, the submissions after you turn it off will not be encrypted. However, submissions prior to disabling the Encrypt Form feature will still need the encryption key to decrypt.

Only the encryption key that was created prior to the encrypted submission can decrypt the submission data.
