Is there a way to "wrap" the text of a Short-Entry Text Box field?

I would prefer not to insert a Long-Entry Text Box to accommodate; therefore, could someone inform me whether or not it's possible to "wrap" the text of a Short-Entry Text Box field so the whole text can be seen? This can be seen on page 2 of the "Duty Report" link listed below.

That is not possible. A textbox (Short Text Entry) is designed for a single text line only. Textarea (Long Text Entry) is the correct field for that.
