How can I download submission for encrypted forms?

I cant download the submissions as the download button is greyed out, is it because they are encrypted?

How do i change things so i can download?

the forms do need to be encrypted

When encryption is enabled, you can only access and read the data in the form submissions page. All other functions are disabled and that includes downloading submissions.

Since you want to retain the encryption in the forms, I'm afraid, you will not be able to download the submissions.

As an alternative, you can access the submission page and keep screenshots of the submission if required.
