Unable to Login to my account

    Dear sir or madam,


    My name is Salman Sheikh. Long time user, first time caller.


    I cannot log into my jotform account. I can't even reset my password. The web page gives no error message or explanation. Just, nothing happens.


    Help....

    Are you able to login to the desktop version of your account?

    I have cleared the Form cache for your account. Could you please try checking your account now.

    I started on desktop version. I would click "Forgot password" and nothing would come to my email.
    I clicked "Forgot password" again, and again, nothing has come to my email.

    Hello Salman,

    I could see that you have changed the account password. Hope you are able to login into your account. If not, please let us know.

    Yes. You will laugh at me. The Password Reset email did come through. But O365 did not move it to "Junk" or "Spam". It moved it to "Clutter."
    I stumbled upon it. Then I was off and running.
