Evening,
We have recently received notice of exceeding subscription limits - we are a not for profit club and cannot currently track down the member who set us up - but I thought we were on some sort of paid plan - are you able to please confirm ?
We have a peak demand at the moment with pre-season inquiries, so maybe solution for me is to just upgrade for this month.
Assistance appreciated.

It seems you are on Free subscription and you have exceeded the monthly submission limit. To enable your forms again, you need to upgrade your account to a paid plan to increase the submission limit.
