Message and Attachments are no longer showing up in email notifications. I was chatting with Ashwin and he disappeared.
The forms are working because I see them in my Jotform account. But when I receive them via email the message and attachment are missing
The attached images are of what I see in Jotform. The other is the email I received with the missing text/image

You have received the following autoresponder email after filling out the Contact Us | SpaCare.com form (the form with 8 submissions):
This has happened due to the fact that your autoresponder for that form is set up that way. You need to update the Message/Comments field name and add another row for the File Upload field, like so:
