Could I pass parameters from one of our pages, to a form?

I know that JotForm will allow me to pass parameters to a form via URL, but my question regards how to grab the parameter and insert it into the URL.  Here's a concrete example:  We have a product page, and we would like users to be able to give us feedback or ask a question about that specific product.  Could we create a feedback form that autopopulates with the Product ID (if the product ID is on the page, or in the page's URL).  Or perhaps have the URL of the originating page invisibly recorded to the form so that we know what page they were on when they activated the form?  I'm trying to avoid have to manually create a form URL for each and every product page.

Is it possible you could share some example workflow and form URL you're working on so we have a better understanding of what you need exactly?

We do have prepopulate possibility: https://www.jotform.com/help/71-Prepopulating-Fields-to-Your-JotForm-via-URL-Parameters

    We'll wait for your response.

    Thank you!
