One customer submitted my form today but I did not get an email

    Today one customer used one of my jotforms but i didn`t get the jotform to my email

    Hi there,

    Your last form ID is this https://www.jotform.com/92233533886362. The form is integrated with Paypal. The payment is required, so maybe you have the record in the incomplete payment section of the form.

    Please check the following screenshot to view your incomplete payment section in the sheets page:

    I'm sorry, I forgot to add more regarding the incomplete payment.

    The incomplete payment means that someone took the time to complete the payment or did not pay at all. When someone abandon the payment page, that particular submission is marked as incomplete. If the customer has succesfully made the payment, you can mark the payment as completed in the incomplete payment section. 

    You might see other submissions in the incomplete payment page. If you cannot verify that they made a payment on your Paypal account, you have to let them stay there. Otherwise, mark them as completed similar to your recent submission.
