    Move my forms to my clients account

    I tried to ask this question to Emily@jotform.com who contacted me last week but I have not heard a reply, and I need to get this done.

    I'm a website developer and will create the initial forms for my client. So right now, I'm the "admin" to the JotForm account (free right now). I need to have the main account name be in my client's name, but then still have it so I have all rights and access as well. There's not much on the forums or docs on how the sub-accounts work.

    So how can I keep my existing forms but transfer "ownership" to my client so they can sign up and pay for a paid account in their name?

    Hi Terry,

    Thank you for asking.

    The best way to handle that is to ask your client to create a separate JotForm account and then we can transfer the form you've created for them to their account. That gives them the full access of the form and the ownership as well without anymore involvements from you. However your client will be able to share the form back to you with "edit permission" so you'd be able to edit the form with their permission as a website developer. They can upgrade their account at anytime they want.

    We finally got this to happen. Our customer has an economy license and their login name is youcanlegalforms. I have created several long forms in my account and would like them all transferred to that account. I have spent many hours on these so please be careful J.

    Let me know what else you might need to make this happen.

    Also, just to be clear because it seems a little confusing, they have set me up as a sub-user, with permission to all forms, with my email address. So when they need to be edited, I log into MY account right? And I should be able to see them and edit them from there?

    Hi Terry,

    I now can see the new Economy account with no forms in it, please let us know the forms that we should be moving from the other account into the new registered account.
