submissions are not showing

    I have set up a form (actually cloned another one) and added a PayPal option.  We are getting the notices of payments on PayPal but we do not see all the registrations on the excel report and did not get email notifications.  We did get notification emails for two people and they are also on the excel report, but not many others.  Can you please help?

    I have checked your form and it seems your form users may have not completed the payment in PayPal.

    The submissions are set to be incomplete, this is the reason why you're not receiving the notification emails.

    You may view your incomplete submissions in your Sheets, kindly check the screenshot.

    Do note that completing the Incomplete Payments will not process the payments.

    Your form user's must complete the payments in PayPal.
