Getting error on payment forms in Internet Explorer

    We can purchase tickets in Chrome.  Getting the pop up box and highlighted payment widget when trying to enter a credit card in explorer. is this an issue in Explorer that we should post for users to explain the issue?

    I checked this with IE version 9 and below, and I am getting different error messages. I guess it is related. I would suggest asking the user to update to IE10 or IE11. If that is not possible for them, I'm afraid there is no other option. 

    Maybe, ask them to check the compatibility settings.

    My apologies. I have reviewed our tickets, and I found a similar problem even with IE10 and IE11. It is all related to the Square payment field.

    All of the reported forms are no longer showing the error, so I would advise asking your client again to check and to see if they can still replicate the problem. If yes, please confirm to them their IE version so I can open a new ticket about it.
