How to restore deleted submissions due to overquota?

Hi, 

We recently were unsubscribed for a brief period due to my card being stolen and not being able to pay the fee. When I renewed, we lost all of our data from the past year. Is it possible to restore this? It is crucial to our operation. Thank you for your help 

It seems your account is upgraded to Silver Yearly plan on Aug 14, 2019. However, even if your account downgraded to free - your forms will not be deleted. When you upgrade your account, you will be able to see all your forms.

Are there any forms that were missing?

I can see all the forms but no submissions before July 1st.
