Dear Sir/Madam,
I am new with this, but I have created two forms in testing, and when I send an email containing that form, neither arrives with the black background that I created on the form. They both show up with either no background or maybe it's white.
What am I doing wrong?

I have checked the form you linked in your post and I can confirm that on my end it shows a black background.
Perhaps the issue you were having was already fixed. Otherwise, please feel free to get back to us and let us know. You may also try clearing the cache of your forms and see if that helps. Here's the guide on how you can do that on your end — How-to-Clear-your-Form-Cache
