help with calculations on input tables

im trying to get all of my scored on a grading sheet to multiply by 4 to get a final week grade for my class. it does not seem to be wanting to divide for me after adding in all the necessary inputs. can you please look at it and let me know if I am doing something wrong?

I have checked your form calculation and it seems you have missing addition signs that is why your field values are not calculating.
