I have discovered on the free account that my subuser can share forms back with the main user by adding the main user as a subuser. Does it work the same way in the Economy account? Can each of my 10 subusers share forms back with the main user by adding the main user as a subuser?

If you are talking about your Jotform account being listed into someone's else account as a subuser, yes.

It will work that way. You can have your customer's accounts as your subusers, but they can also grant you acccess to their main account

I hope that answers your question

    Kind regards

I am talking about all of my 10 subusers listing me as a subuser, without going over the Economy account limit for subusers. Is that possible? Also, is the storage (100 GB)  and submissions (10,000) for the Economy account for the main user only or is it the total for the main user and all subusers?

Hi there,  to answer your questions:

I am talking about all of my 10 subusers listing me as a subuser, without going over the Economy account limit for subusers. Is that possible?

Well, it would depend of their plan and how many people they have shared forms with already(subusers).

In essence, when you make someone a subuser, you are sharing forms. The relationship is only for the forms you choose.  If you would like the other user to share forms that originate with them, they would have to make you a subuser and choose what forms they would like to share with you.

Also, is the storage (100 GB)  and submissions (10,000) for the Economy account for the main user only or is it the total for the main user and all subusers?

The limits apply to the account.  If the account belongs to you, and you share the forms with subusers, the form submissions will count against your limits.  If someone else shares a form with you, the submissions of the form shared with you do not count towards your account.

The account that owns the form is the one that is affected by the submissions.

As owner you can give others permissions to your forms.

    I hope this helps!
