My forms are going in to Spam and junk

    Hello,

    I have designed two forms which appear on the website I have designed for  one of my clients.

    But both of them are ending up in the spam or junk folders!

    Hello,

    Thanks for posting your concerns here on the Support Forum.

    Please set the Sender E-mail into noreply@jotform.com this should fix your spam issues. Also, you can also set up a rule in gmail so that mails from that address 'never go to spam folder'

    However, I cannot see where to set the 'sender email'
    I can only find this as attached. As in the 'Email Alerts' section.
    can you guide me please?

    To change the recipient email address of the form please do the following:

    1. Log into your JotForm account and go to My Forms section.

    2. Select the form and click on "Edit".

    3. Click on "Setup & Embed" tab on the toolbar.

    4. Click on "Email Alerts" and select "Notification"

    5. Click on Reply-To and Recipient Settings

    6. Select the Sender's E-mail  to noreply@jotform.com from the dropdown

    Hello Thanks for the advice. I have done as suggested but I am told the enquiries are still going into junk.
    My client uses an MX Mail Exchange service to provide their email - would this make a difference?
    They have to login to their SMS system to be able to find the junk mail and then pull it in from there.
    I have attached a screenshot from the client. You can see the jotform emails at 10th and 11th in the list.
    Also, they have attempted to add noreply@jotmail.com as a trusted email address - BUT they tell me they have to actually receive an email from that address in order to add it.
    Therefore, could you send one to them please. To mail@darglow.co.uk

    On Monday, we have moved the submission server to a new location. Can you try whitelisting this IP address?

    Hello,

    Most of the time your email provider has only the ability to whitelist an IP address. You could ask your email provider to whitelist the IP address for you. If have some spam filter/trap in your email client/software be sure to whitelist from there too.
