Hello, I suscribed to JotForm last month because I needed it for my website where I was expecting to get a lot of submissions, I paid a monthly subscription and everything was great, but now i don´t need it anymore since my website isn´t so active like before and I just cancelled my subscription but the charge has been done already, can I get a refund for this payment?
