Submissions are being duplicated when connected to a network, offline is working normal. Any advice on how to fix this?

I was unable to reproduce the issue with the duplicated submissions using a cloned version of your form. Could you please test it again? If the issue still persists on your end, please let us know if you use a Mobile Forms App to submit the form or a regular form link opened in a browser.
