Can you require a matching response when AutoFill is used

Debating using Autofill, but I can not have anything but what matches be submitted to run in our program.  

Can you require the entry to be one of the selections?

I'm sorry, but I am not quite sure if I understand your question. Would you mind giving us more details about it? 

If you are referring to the autofill in the Form Settings and setting up conditional logic to match fields, you can do that. However, to trigger the conditional logic, you need to select/change something in the field.

OK.  So i set up autofill in a field.

When someone goes to fill that field, it is allowing them to input something that is NOT in the OPTIONS.  

Can I restrict it to only be things in the OPTIONS?

I'm afraid we do not have that specific functionality on any of the regular fields or in the autocomplete widget you're using. A dropdown field could be your option here since it requires selection on the predefined options rather than manual input or you can use the dynamic dropdown widget which comes with a search function.
