Hi there,
I have just received a note stating that I have reached the limits of my account. But when I look a the analytics of the pages nothing is at capacity. Can you please assist?

The account is saying it is now disabled.

Sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused you.
Your account is overlimit because of the Storage Upload Space, which is 100 MB for the Free accounts. I saw that you deleted some submissions, which lowered the Upload Storage Space, but for some reason, your account was not automatically reactivated by our system.
I activated your account. Your forms are working fine now.
