I deleted my account but a form I created still exists. How do I get rid of this?

Do you mean to say that your form of deleted account is still accessible? I did check your deleted account and it only has one form "Visitor's Log Form" which does not work anymore.

Please let us know the form URL which is still working and we will take a look.
