The image links does not work when I click on them

    peope filling in our form and when they upload an image it does not show when i follow the link genorated that get sent to our gmail

    The link worked to my end, so this is likely related to your file privacy. When the file privacy is enabled, you cannot download the file uploads in your form if you are not logged in to your account.

    Go to https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings

    You can uncheck the privacy or keep it check and make sure to login first before clicking on the download links.
